This is a pre-order for a product that is not built yet

If you pre-order, you are paying for early access to a weekly digest we plan to build. It does not exist yet and may change.

Ask for a refund any time before launch and you get all of it back, no questions.
If we have not launched within 14 days of your pre-order date, we refund you in full without being asked.
If we decide not to build it, we refund every pre-order in full.
Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
After launch, ask for a refund within 14 days of launch and you get it, no questions. After that you can cancel any time.

Digests are built from public U.S. Department of Labor OSHA data. This product uses the US Department of Labor API but is not endorsed or certified by the US Department of Labor. We are not affiliated with OSHA or the Department of Labor.
The data runs about 2 to 3 weeks behind inspections and 5 or more weeks behind citations. It is not real time.
Records can be wrong, incomplete or later changed. Check the linked public record before acting. This is information, not legal, safety or compliance advice.
